Starting with easy access from major routes in Sussex, to the large areas for parking, guests will arrive relaxed and ready to have a marvellous tiime. A gentle walk to the formal gardens will give them time to savour the views of the mellow old house that has stood firm for over 400 years.
Park - This lovely meadow with river and ancient oaks is a unique setting for any event. There is plentiful parking and easy access.
Polo Ground - Offers a large expanse of flat space for marquees and sporting events.
Gardens - The Great Ote Hall Gardens offer the ideal setting for both private and corporate parties and functions.
Baldocks Fields - Located to the east of the farm, these fields are ideal to stage car boot sales, farmers markets and other such events due to their proximity to the main commuter traffic.
